How I became a Historic Weapons Recreations Specialist

I have always loved history. I always love to learn anything Norse, Celtic Renaissance and more in General. AS making weapons is my specialty it was only the next natural step to take in my weapon journey.

Making Each historical weapon historicly accurate is something I pride myself in. I still enjoy learning all I can about history and the weapons from history. Having more than 200 pieces in museums around the world. My journey has took me around the world.

When I am asked to make a replica from history it is my pride and joy to do so. I have done so for Pope's and Royalty alike.

When talking with anyone about history and a weapon they want I truly enjoy myself. It gives me great pleasure to make a historicly accurate piece for any reason some become family era looms handed down for years to come displayed proudly in someones home.

As a specialist I take care for any and all details going into the weapon from pattern to handle to pummel, hilt and guards every detail is done historicly accurate.

When I sale some pieces I am not always sure where it will end up. Then I receive a phone call or email saying my piece is in a museum. I get invited to come see it in person. I do so gladly. To go and see my replica being part of history and learning about more history while I'm there.

I believe you can always learn more and should never stop learning. Always a trill and a privilege to speak at museums about my pieces and see how it is displayed.
