The Sword of Robert the Bruce honors the legendary King of Scots and military leader who fought alongside William Wallace. This sword features a hand-forged blade crafted from CPM-S90V Crucible Powder high-carbon steel, measuring 42 inches in length.
Paying homage to Scotland’s national hero, the sword’s pommel proudly displays the Cross of St. Andrew. The handle is made from onyx with elegant 24kt gold and brass alloy spacers. Weighing approximately 3 pounds 12 ounces, each sword is handcrafted and comes with a black leather scabbard adorned with 24kt gold and brass alloy plates, including a matching gold-tipped scabbard end.
This sword is a faithful replica of King Robert the Bruce’s double-handed great sword, famously wielded at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314, which secured Scottish independence from England.
Robert the Bruce, also known as Robert de Brus or Robert I, ruled Scotland from 1306 to 1329 and is revered as a national hero for his victories during the First Scottish War of Independence. He was a highly skilled warrior, and this museum-quality historical recreation reflects that legacy.
